Your pieces are shipped quickly and securely via UPS.

Your first or highest cost piece ships for the following:

Pieces up to $1000: $10

Pieces over $1000: $20

Pieces over $3000: $30

And all subsequent items in your order ship for free.

Pieces over $1000 are insured to guarantee safe delivery.

For these pieces Signature upon Delivery is required for insurance purposes.

Free Shipping promotions are honored during the special offer time period.

CHAINS

Chains are shipped in the length specified in the item description.

For most jewelry pieces chains are available in 16”, 18” and 20” lengths.

For One of a Kind pieces custom chain lengths are also available and made to order.

For gold chains there may be an additional cost for alternative lengths. There is no additional cost for most silver chains.

RETURNS

All jewelry pieces in this shop are returnable for 30 days from the date of purchase.

All jewelry pieces must be unworn and in original condition to be returned.

All items received in original condition will be refunded to the original method of purchase.

Return shipping is paid by the client and insurance is highly recommended.

Chai Jewelry is not liable for items shipped uninsured and lost in transit.

Client is solely responsible for the entire cost of these items.

There are no returns for custom orders or refunds for deposits.
